Responsible Managers

Valuing diversity

  • Long-term vision.
Taking account of the complexity of the world and relationships.
  • Holistic view of management.
The concept of a "responsible manager" is not a new slogan which allows Euromed Management to jump on the latest bandwagon, but the expression of the "Euromedien" position of the school.
This expression of a "responsible manager" is not limited to the "ecologist" connotation perceived sometimes when sustainable development is evoked, but includes ethical notions of social responsibility and corporate social & environmental responsibility, sustainable development (in its entirety), long-term performance, social responsible investments, equity, diversity, management in complexity. Overall it corresponds to the principles spelled out in the United Nations Global compact, the charter for diversity and the commitments of Committee 21.
A responsible manager is above all a manager, i.e. a professional capable of wealth creation, becoming part of the company for whom he is going to work, to understanding this ever increasingly complex world. For this, Euromed Management allows the acquisition of expertise in common tools (marketing, finance, HR, strategy etc) as well as "a holistic approach to management.
He is also someone in charge of his own destiny. Before being capable of achievement, he must first know what his own definition of success is. This job of finding out about oneself is provided at Euromed Management, thanks to the personal development plan throughout the school programme (Metizo, Trajectoire, Pro-Act).
Finally he is a decider taking responsibility for the repercussions of his decisions, from which stems the particular attention given over by Euromed Management for social responsibility and corporate social responsibility. And of those who within businesses make choices.
