RECRUITMENT FOR ACADEMIC YEAR 2011-2012

Euromed Management, is one of the top ten leading French Business School in Management, and has recently been ranked 26th by the Financial Times (Masters in Management in Europe,). It holds AACSB, EQUIS, AMBA, ACADIX and GLOBAL COMPACT accreditations. The school is located in Marseille, France.

Euromed Management invites applications for full-time faculty positions in:

  • LEADERSHIP:

    The candidate should hold a PhD and be qualified - or be in the process of acquiring such qualification - for the supervision of doctoral students. He/she should be able to teach in English, and preferably also in French. He/she should demonstrate pedagogical experience and academic references in one, and preferably several, of the following areas:

    Organizational behaviour, change management, talent management, management skills, personal development, leaders and leadership in organizations...

    A good academic track record in terms of research in one or several of these areas is considered essential, including publications in established, well-ranked refereed journals.

    The position involves teaching responsibilities in the various programmes offered by Euromed Management at different academic levels (undergraduate, graduate and post-graduate and Doctoral) and across the array of Euromed campuses (Marseilles, Marrakech, Shanghai…).

    The candidate will be expected to actively participate and contribute in research activities (research chairs, research programmes and projects...) in collaboration with other Euromed faculty and collaborators. 

     
  • MANAGERIAL ACCOUNTING:

    The candidate should hold a PhD and be qualified - or be in the process of acquiring such qualification - for the supervision of doctoral students. He/she should be able to teach in English, and preferably also in French. He/she should demonstrate pedagogical experience and academic references in one, and preferably several, of the following areas:

    Financial accounting, cost accounting, managerial accounting, international accounting, accounting research...

    A good academic track record in terms of research in one or several of these areas is considered essential, including publications in established, well-ranked refereed journals.

    The position involves teaching responsibilities in the various programmes offered by Euromed Management at different academic levels (undergraduate, graduate and post-graduate and Doctoral) and across the array of Euromed campuses (Marseilles, Marrakech, Shanghai…)

    The candidate will be expected to actively participate and contribute in research activities (research chairs, research programmes and projects...) in collaboration with other Euromed faculty and collaborators.

     
  • MANAGEMENT OF INNOVATION:


    The candidate should hold a PhD and be qualified - or be in the process of acquiring such qualification - for the supervision of doctoral students. He/she should be able to teach in English, and preferably also in French. He/she should demonstrate pedagogical experience and academic references in one, and preferably several, of the following areas:

    Management of innovation, open innovation, creativity, design thinking, knowledge management, entrepreneurship...

    A good academic track record in terms of research in one or several of these areas is considered essential, including publications in established, well-ranked refereed journals.

    The position involves teaching responsibilities in the various programmes offered by Euromed Management at different academic levels (undergraduate, graduate and post-graduate and Doctoral) and across the array of Euromed campuses (Marseilles, Marrakech, Shanghai…)

  • MARKETING:

    The candidate should hold a PhD and be qualified - or be in the process of acquiring such qualification - for the supervision of doctoral students. He/she should be able to teach in English, and preferably also in French. He/she should demonstrate pedagogical experience and academic references in one, and preferably several, of the following areas:

    Services marketing (BtoB and/or BtoC), Marketing and Brand Management in Sports, Media and Entertainment, Alternative and Diversity Marketing, (BtoB and/or BtoC)...

    A good academic track record in terms of research in one or several of these areas is considered essential, including publications in established, well-ranked refereed journals.

    The position involves teaching responsibilities in the various programmes offered by Euromed Management at different academic levels (undergraduate, graduate and post-graduate and Doctoral) and across the array of Euromed campuses (Marseilles, Marrakech, Shanghai…)

    The candidate will be expected to actively participate and contribute in research activities (research chairs, research programmes and projects...) in collaboration with other Euromed faculty and collaborators.


Presentation of the Health and Social Cluster

The Health and Social Cluster of Euromed Management develops Research and Education in health and social affairs.
Two executive education programs target managers of organizations in Health and Social sectors.
Research activities include (but are not limited to): governance, innovation, new organizational arrangements, institution perspective, integrated care, networks, professional activities, boundary works, performance… Research networks include (but are not limited to): French research partners as well as Canadian (Ottawa, Montréal) research partners.

  • HEALTH AND SOCIAL AFFAIRS:

    The candidate should hold a PhD and be qualified - or be in the process of acquiring such qualification - for the supervision of doctoral students. He/she should be able to teach in both French and English.
    He/she should demonstrate pedagogical experience and academic references in one, and preferably several, of the following areas – all related to health affairs:

    Organizational Theory, Governance, Innovation, Performance, Public Policies, Integrated Care...

    A good academic track record in terms of research in one or several of these areas is considered essential, including publications in established, well-ranked refereed journals.

    The candidate will be expected to actively participate and contribute in research activities (research chairs, research programmes and projects...) in collaboration with other Euromed Management faculty and collaborators.

Starting date: 2012

To be considered, candidates should have a PhD, and show evidence of excellence both in research and in teaching.
